So I cleare the app one more time, entune and scout, unplugged the usb and then started the car. Installed the app again while on wifi, plugged in the usb and it gave me the option to default usb for expanded function. Now it works like before with moving maps. One thing I noticed is now it dropped the map/usb connection very easily.
