I'm getting an incredibly slow download speed on the patcher. I just got the game today. The patcher itself downloaded just fine on steam. Then I started the patcher and I'm not getting a speed over 0.52 mb/s Ive started the patcher about 60 times, tried opening ports on my router. It's not my ISP throttling me.
